| Attach the document file to your email. If your document consists of
multiple .pdb files, then please zip them up into a single .zip file. |
| If the document is NOT in English, tell me what language it's in. |
| Include a brief description of the document (less than 25 words if you
can) - If the description is NOT in English, provide me with a rough
translation of it if you're able. |
| Tell me the category you think your document best fits into in MemoWare's
JFile collection (the categories are shown to the left under the green bar
labeled "Categories") |
| Tell me the name I should list as the contributor ('Anonymous' is OK if
you prefer) |
| Tell me the email address I should attach to the contributor name (please
tell me if you would prefer that your email address not be attached to the
name, but it's preferable in case someone has a problem with the file and I
can contact you about it) |
