How do I view/print/edit a JFile database on a PC?

There are numerous ways to do this.  Included with the JFile Version 4 application is the jconvpro.exe Windows application, which can convert a JFile Version 4 database into a .csv (comma seperated value) file, which nearly all PC based databases and spreadsheets can read.  The converter can also convert from .csv into JFile Version 4 .pdb format files.
